Marty Ellingsworth is the president of Salt Creek Analytics, which has developed a patent-pending solution called Fresh Miles™ for helping consumers mind their miles and maximize their discounts. Most recently, he served as president of ISO (now Verisk) Innovative Analytics.
Marty is known for his exceptional experience as a senior executive in the P/C insurance industry and creator of centers of excellence for innovation and data analytics in multiple vertical domains. He is a frequent author and speaker on crafting culture to include innovation and data-driven continuous improvement.
For the past 30 years, he has applied industrial-scale mathematical approaches to dozens of critical-risk assessment, risk selection, pricing, marketing, operations, logistics, service and sales problems.
Marty received his bachelor of science degree in operations research from the U.S. Air Force Academy and his master of science degree in operations research from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a longtime member of INFORMS, a past board member of the American Risk and Insurance Association, and an industry track member of KDD.
